Sail is building a pipeline of RNA medicines across immune-mediated and infectious diseases.

Our lead In Vivo CAR-T programs are designed to transform immune cells directly inside the body, with the goal of creating deep, durable therapeutic impact through a scalable medicine. Rather than removing, engineering, and reinfusing a patient’s cells, Sail’s approach uses eRNA^TM constructs and targeted nanoparticles to engineer CAR-T cells in vivo.

Sail is working to establish a repeatable pharmaceutical approach capable of generating multiple medicines and bringing the transformative potential of CAR-T therapies to millions of patients.

Sail is also advancing eRNA-based malaria vaccine and antibody programs, demonstrating the broader potential of the platform across therapeutic applications.
